Navigating Rytche
Rytche organizes its features around your role and the context in which you are working.
For example, a Property Manager has a main management menu, while entering an estate opens a different set of estate-management tools.
Understand the two levels of navigation
Depending on your role, you may work with:
- Main navigation — features available to your account.
- Estate navigation — features related to a specific estate or property.
This distinction helps keep property-wide and estate-specific activities organized.
Main navigation
Your main navigation gives you access to features that apply to your account or portfolio.
The options you see depend on your role.
For example, a Property Manager may see:
- Management Dashboard
- Create Estate
- Portfolio Managers Board
- Wallet
- Change Estate Custody
- Bad Debt
- Screen Tenant
- Settings
A Vendor has a different navigation designed around service gigs and payouts.
Estate navigation
When you enter an estate, Rytche provides tools for managing that specific estate.
For a Property Manager, these can include:
- Estate Dashboard
- Chat
- Add Unit
- Units Management Board
- Listings Management Board
- Occupants Management Board
- Create Announcement
- View All Announcements
- Logged Requests Board
- Estate Gigs Board
- Gigs History
- Setup Rent Collection Accounts
- View Bad Debt
- Screen Tenant
- Estate Reviews
