Understanding the Estate Dashboard

The Estate Dashboard is the central dashboard for managing a specific estate in Rytche.

Accessing the Estate Dashboard

  1. Sign in to your Property Manager account.
  2. Open the relevant estate.
  3. Select Estate Dashboard.

The estate-specific navigation becomes available when you are working inside an estate.

Estate-specific context

Always confirm that you are working in the correct estate before performing an estate-level action.

For example, adding a unit while inside one estate adds that unit to that estate rather than another estate in your account.

tip

If you manage multiple estates, check the estate you are currently viewing before creating or changing estate data.

If the estate is newly created:

  1. Review the Estate Dashboard.
  2. Add the estate's units.
  3. Review the units from Units Management Board.
  4. Admit occupants when appropriate.
  5. Configure rent collection.
  6. Set up other estate operations as needed.
