Understanding the Estate Gigs Board

The Estate Gigs Board is where Property Managers manage service gigs associated with an estate.

Gigs allow an estate to publish work that service providers can discover and apply for through the Gigs Hub.

Open the Estate Gigs Board

1. Open the relevant estate.
2. Select Estate Gigs Board.
3. Review the gigs associated with the estate.

How estate gigs work

The general workflow is:

Property issue or service need
        ↓
Request logged
        ↓
Property Manager reviews request
        ↓
Gig published
        ↓
Service providers see the gig
        ↓
Vendor applies
        ↓
Property Manager reviews applications
        ↓
Quotation
        ↓
Gig assigned
        ↓
Vendor completes the work
        ↓
