How to Manage Estate Listings

Property Managers can use Rytche's listing functionality to manage units that are available for listing.

Listings are connected to the units within an estate.

Before you begin

Make sure that:

  • You are managing the correct estate.
  • The unit you want to list has already been added to the estate.
  • You have access to the estate's listing-management features.

Open Listings Management Board

  1. Open the estate you want to manage.
  2. Select Listings Management Board.
  3. The estate's listings management page opens.

The page provides access to the listings associated with the estate.

List a unit

Units can be listed from the Units Management Board.

  1. Open Units Management Board.
  2. Find the unit you want to list.
  3. Review the unit information.
  4. Select the available List action for the unit.
  5. Complete any listing information requested by Rytche.
  6. Submit the listing.
note

The exact listing fields and confirmation options may depend on the current Rytche application. Follow the labels displayed on your screen.

Review estate listings

After listing a unit, use Listings Management Board to review the estate's listings.

The Listings Management Board is intended to provide a centralized view of the estate's listed properties.

Listing and unit availability

Listing status and unit availability are separate pieces of information.

For example, the Units Management Board provides both:

  • Availability
  • List

Use the appropriate information when determining whether a unit is available and whether it has been listed.

Managing listings

When working with listings:

  1. Confirm that you are in the correct estate.
  2. Locate the relevant unit.
  3. Review the unit's availability.
  4. Use the appropriate listing action.
  5. Review the listing from Listings Management Board.
tip

Keep unit information accurate before listing a property. Prospective property seekers rely on the information associated with the listing.
