How to Add a Unit

Property Managers can add individual property units to an estate so that the units can be managed, listed, and assigned to occupants.

Before you begin

Make sure that:

  • You are signed in with an account that can manage the estate.
  • You have opened the correct estate.
  • You have the unit's basic property information available.

Open Add Estate Unit

  1. Open the estate you want to manage.
  2. Select Add Unit from the estate navigation.
  3. The Add Estate Unit page opens.

The page displays the estate name beneath the page title so you can confirm which estate you are adding the unit to.

Enter the unit details

The Unit Details section contains the information required to create the unit.

Unit Type

Enter or select the unit type.

Examples of unit types displayed in the estate include:

  • Two (2) Bedroom Flat
  • Two (2) Bedroom Apartment

The available unit types may depend on the options provided by Rytche.

Full Unit Address

Enter the complete address of the unit.

Use an address that clearly identifies the unit's location within the estate.

Select Currency

Select the currency that applies to the unit's rent.

Rental Fee / Annuat

Enter the rental fee for the unit.

The interface currently displays the field as Rental Fee / Amount. Use the label displayed in your current Rytche application.

Submit the unit

After entering the unit details:

  1. Review the information.
  2. Select Add Estate Unit.
  3. Rytche creates the unit and adds it to the estate.

After adding the unit

After the unit has been created, you can find it from Units Management Board.

From there, you can search, filter, sort, and perform the actions available for the unit.
