How to Manage Estate Requests

The Logged Requests Board gives Property Managers a central place to review requests associated with an estate.

Open the request board

1. Open the estate.
2. Select Logged Requests Board.
3. Review the available requests.

Review requests

For each request:

1. Open the request information available to you.
2. Review the issue or service being requested.
3. Identify the appropriate next action.
4. Use the available controls to manage the request.

When a vendor is required

If resolving a request requires a property service, you may need to use the estate's gig workflow.

The general workflow is:

Tenant/requester
