How Tenant Screening Works
Rytche provides a Screen Tenant feature that allows Property Managers to review tenant-related risk information before admitting a prospective occupant.
Open Screen Tenant
- Open the Property Manager navigation.
- Select Screen Tenant.
- Enter the tenant information requested by Rytche.
- Submit the screening request.
- Review the available result.
Why screen a tenant?
Tenant screening helps Property Managers review information associated with a prospective tenant before proceeding with a tenancy.
The screening workflow can help identify relevant historical information available to Rytche.
Screening and bad debt
Tenant screening can be particularly useful when a prospective tenant has previously been associated with bad debt records.
Review the information presented by Rytche and use it as part of your normal tenant-admission process.
Tenant screening information should be reviewed carefully. A screening result is information to consider during the property-management process and should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate verification and decision-making.
