How to Submit a Quotation

A Property Manager may require a vendor to provide a quotation for a gig.

The quotation communicates the vendor's proposed price or service information for the requested work.

Before submitting​

Make sure you have:

  • Reviewed the gig requirements.
  • Understood the work requested.
  • Determined the cost of providing the service.
  • Prepared the information required by the quotation form.

Submit your quotation​

  1. Open the relevant gig.
  2. Select the quotation option when available.
  3. Enter the requested quotation information.
  4. Review the information carefully.
  5. Submit the quotation.

After submission​

The Property Manager can review the quotation through the estate's gig-management workflow.

The Property Manager may then proceed with the vendor selection and assignment process.

Important​

Submitting a quotation does not automatically mean that the gig has been assigned to you.

The Property Manager must complete the assignment process.
