How to View Your Rent Payment Account

Your Rytche estate dashboard can display the rent payment account configured by the Property Manager.

This gives you the account information you need when making your rent payment.

Open your estate dashboard​

  1. Sign in to Rytche.
  2. Open the relevant estate.
  3. Go to the Estate Dashboard.

Find the Rent Payment Account​

The dashboard can display a Rent Payment Account section.

The displayed information can include:

  • Account name
  • Bank name
  • Account number

Use the account information displayed by Rytche when making your rent payment.

Default account​

The account displayed on your dashboard is the payment account currently configured for the estate.

The Property Manager can change the default payment account when necessary.

Always verify the payment details displayed in your current Rytche dashboard before making a payment. Do not rely on an old payment instruction.

After making a payment​

After your payment has been processed and the relevant receipt has been generated, you can view your tenancy payment information through Tenancy Payment History.
